How is the 360°Reach™ Assessment different from other 360-degree assessments?

Conventional 360° assessments done inside the corporation focused on specific goals and objectives and do not provide data about the participant’s strengths, weaknesses, or rational and emotional attributes. They usually include feedback from people inside the company and do not get valuable feedback from external constituencies such as customers, family and friends.

The 360°Reach™ Assessment helps the individual uncover his/her personal brand confidentially, without the scrutiny of the employee’s company. There is a larger field of Respondents, inside and outside the corporate walls. The feedback requested takes a shorter amount of time to complete, so more Respondents follow through and email back the results.  The results go to a third party (not the company). The feedback is anonymous and is shared only by the client (you) and the coach (Peggy).
