“Everyone has a personal brand. You just need to uncover your talents and bring them to the surface,” Parks told the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Those wanting to first understand their current image, she suggested, can use a tool or third party to gain anonymous feedback from friends, family and coworkers. From there, they purposefully can decide how they want to be seen and market that brand.
“Your brand and image is not something that is created or manufactured,” she said. “It is recognizing your authentic self and selling it.”
